Conference Overview

The 3rd Qatar Proteomics Conference will bring together leading academic scientists, researchers, and scholars to exchange and share their latest findings and experiences in proteomics and bioinformatics. This year’s program is structured around seven sessions spanning cutting-edge technologies and critical health challenges. These include sessions on mass spectrometry-based technologies, affinity-based platforms such as Olink, and their application to diseases such as diabetes and infections. Further sessions will explore the role of proteomics in population health, present insights from the Human Proteome Organization (HUPO), and highlight recent regional proteomics-related developments in the field. The conference also offers a unique platform for poster presentations, networking opportunities, and a workshop, fostering collaboration and innovation across disciplines.   • An abstract may have only one presenting author. There is no limit to the number of co-authors per abstract.
  • Submitting an abstract is free of charge.
  • Abstracts cannot be edited after submission.
  • The abstract submission deadline of September 22, 2025, will be strictly enforced. No extensions or considerations will be given for late poster submissions.
  • Only abstracts submitted by registered delegates will be considered.
